found this friterie when staying overnight in Holnon. Yes, we had a bit of a wait but that was due to a family group of about 12 ordering just before us and food being cooked to order! Hard working staff in a small but clean kitchen, we just chilled out in the sunshine with a beer in the garden until our food was ready. My only negative comment is the portio....
